Peanut Butter B & W Cookies

Our Christmas break just started and i have been looking forward to get a stop on running around.So on the weekend before Christmas,i decided to get my baking  on.I have not been able to do much of that with busy schedules.

I have never made cookies with peanut butter on it.We like peanut butter in our house but not crazy about it.Recipe came from the back of the Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips pack.Recipe was meant for the double peanut butter  and milk chocolate chip cookies.I didn’t had peanut butter chips,so i simply used white milk chocolate chips along with brown one.So now you  know how i named it 🙂

This cookie has a flavor of peanut butter but not overpowering .Its very sweet and i will totally try the recipe by cutting down the sugar by 1/4 cup.

I must warn you,it is very ADDICTIVE. Better even with mug of hot cocoa !Seriously,my family was eating as breakfast.No it is not a healthy thing  to do,just thought i will point out the obvious !

Peanut Butter B & W Cookies

Yield: 3 dozen cookies


    Dry ingredients
  1. 1-1/4 cups Whole Wheat White Flour
  2. 1/4 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. Wet Ingredients
  5. 1 stick butter softened
  6. 3/4 cup cane sugar(demerara)
  7. 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  8. 1 egg
  9. Stir
  10. 1 cup brown milk chocolate chips
  11. 1 cup white milk chocolate chips


  1. Preaheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Cream the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Add dry to wet ingredients mix.
  5. Stir the chips in the end to the mix.
  6. Scoop out the dough,about a tablespoon size, in a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 mins.Let it cool.
  8. Enjoy.

  3. Mais qui étaient les cogneurs à l’époque, à part Safin ? Et ce sont des problèmes très relatifs: combien de défaites contre Del Po, Soderling, Berdych, Jo ? Très peu..Beaucoup moins que les autres si tu regardes les H2H…
