Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Do you like Brussels Sprouts?

Well,i didn’t even know about Brussels sprouts until very late.It is one of those vegetable which is deemed “holiday” vegetable. It is ubiquitous much more as Thanksgiving hangs around. When i first met Brussel,i thought of it as miniature(even miniature is not a right word,it is as small as small onion or potato or tomato or something) version  of cabbage.I like cabbage cooked in particular way,so i was inclined to try it out.

I like  it roasted ,i would say. However nonone else cared for its presence other then my mother-in-law at the Thanksgiving table and i  had known it :-).I can sneak this veg and everyone will eat it but i wanted to present in its originality,so i roasted it 🙂
