We celebrated America’s birthday today with parade, fireworks, swim and of course food. Happy 4th of July ! On the way back from the parade,we decided to take a lunch break at the restaurant which has been in our list for a long time.’PO-PO‘.Set in the quiet back trails of the hill country,it is well known around here. When i heard the name for the first time, i was amused by the choice of a name.Lo and behold it is named after ‘Mexico’s Popocatepetl volcano‘ by Ned Houston, who started the restaurant in early 1930s.
