I was telling you earlier that we celebrated my hubby’s birthday couple of days back.I also told you,how impossible it is for me to surprise him and only way it has worked for me is to make him the good dinner 🙂 Growing up,that’s what my mom did.We didn’t had birthday cakes(wasn’t a norm of the day) but my mom ALWAYS made sure to make most special sumptuous meal for the birthday person. So it has stuck with me.I was trying to think of a theme to base his birthday food around.My husband has Irish,German, American ancestry.A very handsome man,i am blessed to married to 🙂 I thought,what if i make the meal representing his ancestry.
