Triple Cheese Bread
My friend Ethel is bread and cheese aficionado.Really what not to like here?So she often experiments making different bread and i hear the vedict later on.I heard very positive report on this bread which uses Cottage Cheese and is super moist.So I asked the recipe.She followed Triple Cheese Bread at KAF.Next thing i know that,on my grocery trip,I was looking for cottage cheese.
I followed the recipe as it says,using Parmesan Cheese,hard to find Vermont Cheese Powder in my local grocery store.Though one thing I have to say,I had a panic attack when it was time to pour flour to bloomed yeast.I had only 1 cup of KAF,luckily I had another brand,sitting in my pantry which I have forgotten about and it saved the day.I was little anxious about the result,since the protein content in different brand of flour affects the final product,more so when you are making something as finicky as bread.
I must say result was terrific despite of minor hiccup.Bread was very moist.It was liked by hubs and kids alike.For me,i felt it was little salty then i would have liked it to be.So next time i am adjusting the salt little.Will definitely have a remake of it.

Looks so yummy! My grandmother has a recipe for Dilly bread that uses cottage cheese. It’s delicious. I need to try this one!
